A four-storey building containing a nursery and primary school has collapsed in a densely-populated area of Nigeria's biggest city, Lagos. At least 11 people are known to have died and forty have been rescued so far. Boeing has grounded its entire global fleet of 737 Max aircraft after investigators uncovered new evidence at the scene of the fatal Ethiopian Airlines crash. The Federal Aviation Administration said fresh evidence as well as newly refined satellite data prompted the decision to temporarily ban the jets. The Democratic Republic of Congo has announced the release of a number of prisoners. Among them, Firmin Yangambi, a lawyer who was arrested in 2009 and condemned to a death penalty a year later.
