Algeria's, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, has abandoned plans to seek another term in office. The aging leader, who’s been in office for two decades, has bowed to street protests. Britain and the EU have agreed on legally binding alterations to the backstop arrangement aimed at preventing a hard border between the Irish Republic and Northern Ireland when Britain leave the EU. We speak to Rwanda’s opposition leader Victoire Umuhoza Ingabire who has called for justice following the death of a member of her party.
