China's Huawei tech firm is suing the US government

The Chinese tech company, Huawei, is suing the US government over a ban on the use of its equipment. Mexican states have approved a new 60,000 strong National Guard to combat the country's drug cartels. A US senator and former fighter pilot has said she was horrified by the way the military handled her complaint after she was raped by a superior officer.
