Venezuela opposition call to bring in aid

The Venezuelan president, Nicolas Maduro, is threatening to close the border with neighbouring Colombia to prevent the opposition bringing humanitarian aid into the country. President Muhammadu Buhari has urged Nigerians to go out and vote in Saturday's delayed presidential and parliamentary elections. In the next few hours the High Court in Kenya is due to make a potentially historic decision on whether laws that criminalise homosexuality are unconstitutional or not.
