As the humanitarian crisis in Venezuela grows, President Maduro is refusing to let foreign aid into the country. He says the country’s military remains loyal to him, but the BBC has spoken to soldiers who say he has lost the support of the rank and file. A teenage girl who left her home in London three years ago to join the Islamic State group has spoken to a British journalist from a displacement camp in northern Syria.
