DRC Election Winner Denies Collusion with Outgoing President

The opposition leader, Felix Tshisekedi, has been declared provisional winner of last month's presidential election in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He paid tribute to the outgoing president, Joseph Kabila who, he said was an important political partner.
