Search for gunman after shooting in Strasbourg

Hundreds of French security forces are searching for a gunman who went on a shooting spree near a popular Christmas market in Strasbourg - killing three people. A court in Vancouver has granted bail to the Chinese technology executive, Meng Wanzhou, in a case that's sparked diplomatic tensions between China, Canada and the United States. The British prime minister, Theresa May, says European leaders are showing a determination to tackle the issues which have led to her Brexit deal being opposed in Britain's parliament.
