Donald Trump has been accused by his former lawyer, Michael Cohen, of knowing in advance that hacked Democratic Party e-mails were going to be released during the 2016 election. We get the latest on his dramatic testimony to Congress from Politico's Daniel Lippman. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un will begin their second day of talks in Hanoi in a few hours. The BBC's Jonathan Head is in Hanoi watching for us.
