President Trump's former lawyer calls him a liar, conman and cheat

Donald Trump has been accused by his former lawyer, Michael Cohen, of knowing in advance that hacked Democratic Party e-mails were going to be released during the 2016 election. We get the latest on his dramatic testimony to Congress from Politico's Daniel Lippman.
