Elon Musk Considering Taking Tesla Private

Tesla boss Elon Musk is considering taking the electric-car firm private, a move he claimed was the "best path forward" for the company. Musk announced the plan on Twitter and said investors backed it, though it requires a shareholder vote. Miriam Gottfried, Private Equity Reporter for The Wall Street Journal, gives us her reaction. Colombia's new president, Ivan Duque, was sworn into office on Tuesday. The BBC's Luis Fajardo watched Mr Duque's inaugural speech.
