Extreme temperatures, pollution and an urban sprawl. Welcome to Ulaanbaatar, capital of the world's most sparsely populated country. Life on the outskirts is tough for the residents in the Ger district. We hear how they battle with the thick smog that hangs over the area for most of the year. We also speak to the rapper who gets inspiration from growing up in the slums.
