Havana Plane Crash Kills More Than 100

Big Boss Interview

Available for over a year

More than a hundred people have been killed in a plane crash in Cuba. The government is launching an investigation into one of the country's worst aviation disasters and we hear the latest from the BBC's WIll Grant. Italy's next government is likely to be a coalition of two of its most anti-establishment and Eurosceptic parties - one of the leading figures tells us what is in their coalition agreement and whether it will work. That person is Lorenzo Fioramonti, Five-Star Movement MP and in the running to be the new Italian minister for Economic Development. At the end of a busy week we reflect on some of our stories of the last seven days with Charlie Wells of the Economist in London and Lisa Abramowicz of Bloomberg in New York. We hear from our US sister programme, Market Place, and this week anchor Kai Ryssdal has been speaking to the boss of the huge American home improvement retailer, Home Depot. From beer and bunting to commemorative plates and wedding cake, the world buys knick-knacks to celebrate the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. But will such things really be worth money in the future? The BBC's Elizabeth Hotson reports from Windsor. And we're joined throughout the programme by Colin Peacock of Radio New Zealand, live from Wellington Picture description: Emergency personnel work at the site of the accident after a Cubana de Aviacion aircraft crashed after taking off from Havana's Jose Marti airport on May 18, 2018 Photo credit: ADALBERTO ROQUE/AFP/Getty Images
