Venezuela has extended a commercial blockade on three Dutch Caribbean islands - Aruba, Curaçao and Bonaire - accusing them of harbouring powerful smuggling gangs. We hear from journalist Leoni Leidel-Schenk in Curaçao , who writes for Caribbean Network. The World Bank says global economic growth is likely to strengthen this year, after turning out better than expected in 2017.But Franziska Ohnsorge, the World Bank's lead economist, tells us the recovery is part of a cycle, rather than real improvement.
