House Republicans have passed a controversial overhaul of the US tax code that slashes corporate rates. But is the Senate going to go for it? We ask Douglas Holtz-Eakin, President of the advocacy group American Action Forum. Some of the world's biggest investors in Myanmar have been talking to the BBC about their interests in the country. Investments in Myanmar include a seven billion dollar sea port investment by China in Rakhine State - an area recently described by a UN official as a "textbook example" of ethnic cleansing.
