Fox Bid for Sky Challenged by Comcast

US TV giant Comcast has bid for Sky, exceeding an existing offer from 21st Century Fox. Stephen Taylor of telecom and media strategy consultants Redshift tells us why Comcast is interested in the Sky media empire.
