India's government has presented a big-spending budget, with a new healthcare scheme. Journalist Madhavan Narayanan in New Delhi assesses the spending plans, while Rahul Tandon reports from West Bengal on the challenge of creating more jobs in rural India. It was a mixed day for Apple, which reported a fall in iPhone sales but a rise in profits. We get reaction from technology writer Larry Magid.
