The British Prime Minister Theresa May uses a Friday dinner in Brussels to personally ask EU leaders to reveal their Brexit plans. The BBC's Kevin Connolly, who is at the summit, considers whether Mrs May has any chance of getting any movement out of the other 27 leaders.
