"There is no need to panic buy"

Available for over a year

Motorists could be facing higher fuel costs as the conflict in Iran continues. Oil and gas prices have spiked since the weekend, following warnings from Iran not to travel through the Strait of Hormuz, a vital shipping route where around 20% of the world’s oil and gas passes through. Tim Wilfort, owner of Shawbury Service Station, says there’s definitely going to be a rise in prices at the pumps, but it’s too early to know how severe they will be. He’s been speaking to BBC Radio Shropshire’s Mark Elliot. Photo credit: Getty Images
