Well one man from Leicester is taking on the mammoth task of unseating one of those classics from the top spot. Pat Clifford is the Development Chef for Beaumont Leys based Walkers, where he single-handedly invents all their latest flavours. BBC Leicester’s Matt Smith has been to meet him.
