Why parking is pricier in Stockport town centre now

Plans to increase the cost of car parking in Stockport town centre have been approved. The basic price for an hour is rising from £1.10 to £1.50. That's a 40% increase. Indoor market traders have been speaking to BBC Radio Manchester.
