Woman and dogs rescued in Lostwithiel floodwaters

Storm Chandra brought torrential rain and strong winds to Cornwall. In one incident a woman had to be rescued by firefighters after getting stuck in her car in floodwaters in Lostwithiel. The BBC's Christine Butler was there.
