Should the Shirehall be saved?

Available for over a year

Demolishing the Shirehall would "rip the civic heart out" of Shropshire according to those fighting to save it. A cross-party group of councillors looking at options for the future of Shropshire Council's former headquarters held a tour at the site on Friday. "The full glory of the building can't be seen because of years of neglect...but if that was cleaned up, Shropshire might be able to see what an asset that it has here" said Shrewsbury architect Clare Williamson. BBC Radio Shropshire's political reporter Rob Trigg reports.
