When will bus time screens be switched on?

Councillor Jane Ashworth on why Stoke-on-Trent’s virtual bus time screens still haven’t been switched on. The screens say testing will be completed in a few weeks. In pictures taken by BBC Radio Stoke in August of last year, the screens display the same message. So what’s gone wrong?
