Warwickshire batsman Jacob Bethell started his cricketing career at Rugby School and is now playing for England in the Ashes. He scored his first test century at the age of 22. BBC CWR's Phil Upton has been speaking to his cricket teacher and former Warwickshire captain, Michael Powell.
