Burrito boat: swapping the salon for salsa

Liam Brown travels up and down the country on his boat, making and selling burritos to customers along the canal. He sold his house, his car and gave up his job as a hairdresser to become a mobile food van on the canal network, opting for a more leisurely way of life. After enjoying visiting Rugby over the Summer, he has returned to Brownsover and is stuck due to the cold weather, but Liam says the people of the town make it all worth it. He spoke to BBC CWR's Phil Upton.
