Children in Need supports a wide range of charities and projects across Leicestershire that help disadvantaged children and young people. One of those charities is the Move Against Cancer charity, based in Charnwood, that supports young people with the disease. BBC Leicester reporter Kevin Ncube has been to find out more about their work.
