Re-investigating the 'Croydon Cat Killer'

London Latest

Available for over a year

When decapitated cats started appearing in Croydon in 2015, local animal rescue volunteers sprang into action. They were determined to do whatever it took to get to the bottom of the mystery. After handing their work over to the Police, the case was eventually closed, and foxes were identified as the culprit. 10 years on, the BBC's Natasha Fernandes have been speaking to the local volunteers once more, to find out why they still believe a person could have been to blame. For London Latest, Ross Ryan has been speaking to Natasha about her investigation. 'The Cat Killer Detectives' is available now on BBC Sounds. (Image credit: Getty Images)
