Williams: 'I was buzzing' to make Baggies debut

Albion youngster Alex Williams has revealed he only found out he'd be making his debut for the club just hours before kick off. The 20-year-old right-back, who has represented Wales at U21 level, had never been included in a matchday squad for a competitive first-team game before but played the full 90 minutes in their League Cup first round tie against Derby County. The Baggies lost on penalties but Williams told BBC Radio WM's Steve Hermon that he'll look back on the positives of the night at the Hawthorns.
