Busby Partners on the Leicestershire border with Derbyshire is one of the biggest fruit suppliers to UK supermarkets in the country. The British berry industry is huge, contributing an estimated 16,400 jobs to the UK economy. The Busby family are a three generation farming family who specialise in growing strawberries and raspberries, including to Tesco, Waitrose and Asda. Grandad John, dad Phil, daughter Becky and son Tim spoke to BBC Leicester's Ady Dayman.
