Young Farmers is for young people who are involved or interested in the countryside and rural lifestyles They not only offer skills and development, education and training - but it's also a huge community that offers a social life too, something which is really important in farming as it can be quite an isolating job. There are now around 23,000 members - James Nixey is the national chair of the Young Farmers and spoke to BBC Leicester's Ady Dayman.
