Meet Jamie the Welsh Cob and The Game Change Project, nominated for the Animal Award in the BBC Cymru Wales Make a Difference Awards 2025. Jamie and his other animal friends are based in Newtown and help young people aged 13 and up to gain confidence and essential life skills.
