Encouraging young girls to try sports

Lauren Le Garignon (15) is organising a sports day, encouraging young people on the island, especially girls 8-18, to get involved, have fun, and try new activities. She's joined by Josh Twohig-Jones from the Jersey Youth Service to talk to Jenny about how young people can get started.
