The Leominster performer has been set on fire, had huge fights, been blown up several times over and fallen from massive heights. She's picked up a huge collection of on-screen credits including House of the Dragon, The Acolyte, Pennyworth, Bridgerton, Havoc with Tom Hardy, 3 Body Problem and many more. She's also a veteran of motion-capture filming, including working on the smash hit Barbie movie. Laura tells Phillip Stoneman about picking up the bug for performing from musical theatre, singing on cruise ships, and then learning almost every action discipline going, becoming a the equivalent of an action director's performing and choreographing Swiss army knife. She shares the secrets of being set on fire and surviving, nailing epic fight sequences, and practicing with nunchucks in her Herefordshire back garden!
