Miyo Aoetsu, from Darley Dale, baked a lemon & Earl Grey brioche which won the top prize. The win for Kuma-San Bakehouse, in Matlock, repeats their success from 2023. Miyo spoke to BBC Radio Derby's Ian Skye.
