Nada Hafez: Paris pregnancy and becoming an Olympic mum

Not by the Playbook

Available for over a year

Competing at an Olympic Games is a special experience for any athlete, but Paris 2024 was made extra special for Egyptian fencer Nada Hafez because of the fact she was not competing alone - she was seven months pregnant. Paris was Hafez’s third Olympic Games, and six months on from Paris, Hafez told Sportshour’s Nishat Ladha about her Olympic experience and what life has been like post Paris and becoming a mum.
