Get to know the Paralympic record holder, from Hereford, who is aiming beyond simply gold. He tells our reporter Nina Das Gupta, in the middle of training for Paris, how he surprised himself with gold at Tokyo, and why he's set on clearing the competition this summer. Dan's original aim was the Olympics, before a freak accident made him almost quit sport. Fast forward and he managed to lead at Tokyo, despite fighting all manner of injuries.
