Malcolm's gym lesson from Redditch powerlifting stars

Join Malcolm with the Wythall teenage siblings Dorje and Llamo, in the gym, ready for a workout! The teenagers are both powerlifters and in October Dorje competed in the World Junior Power Lifting Championships in Budapest, taking home the gold medal in the bench press and came fourth overall. But not to be outdone, his younger sister Llamo joined him at the 'British Junior Powerlifting Championships' in Solihull this year. They're both hoping to be selected to represent GB at the World Championships in Malta later in the year.
