Closing speeches continue in court room five at the Old Bailey. Constance Marten's defence barrister praises the jury and defends his client saying what happened to baby Victoria was: "A terrible and tragic accident." Ms Marten and Mark Gordon are charged with causing Victoria's death after her body was found in a supermarket shopping bag, in a shed on an allotment near Brighton in March 2023.
