Soomi Rafique Khokhar "absolutely loves" Somerset life but admits he does miss the spice of Pakistan. The critical care nurse has worked in the US, Malaysia, Dubai, Thailand and much of Europe but has settled his family in Taunton. He was speaking to Izzy A'isha as part of a series of conversations with healthcare staff who have moved thousands of miles to work with the Somerset NHS Foundation Trust.
