Join us at the Old Bailey to follow the trial of Constance Marten, from Dorset, and Mark Gordon, from London, who are charged with causing the death of their new-born child after a body was found in a shed on an allotment near Brighton in March 2023 – both Ms Marten and Mr Gordon deny the charges against them. In this episode we hear how police discovered the body of baby Victoria and what the defendants said in their interviews with detectives afterwards. Plus, we are joined by another expert guest, former senior investigating officer Colin Sutton who used to run London Metropolitan Police's murder squad.
