It's a month since a TV drama on ITV provoked a national outcry. “Mr Bates versus the Post Office” got everyone talking about the Post Office staff who were falsely accused of theft, after faulty accounting software made it look as though money had gone missing. Now - with reports of continuing problems with the Horizon computer system and an ongoing public inquiry - there are big questions about the future of what was once one of the most trusted brands in the country. So what's life like behind the counter at the moment?
