Critical incident at Winchester and Basingstoke

Hampshire Hospitals Trust has declared a critical incident and currently have no capacity to admit further patients needing care. They say this is due to sustained pressures at their Basingstoke and Winchester hospitals. BBC Radio Solent's Lucy Ambache spoke to Chief Operating Officer Andy Hyett.
