Available for over a year

A senior doctor who won a record £3.2 milli pay out says her boss tried to "break" her after she raised concerns about how COVID was being handled. An employment tribunal found that Rosalind Ranson, medical director on the Isle of Man during the pandemic, experienced months of humiliation. BBC News has discovered her former boss Kathryn Magson, who was criticised by judges, now works in the NHS. Miss Magson strongly disputes the tribunal findings. Dr Ranson has given BBC News her first interview since the hearing. In this episode of our 5 Minutes On podcast, the BBC's Michael Buchanan spoke to her about her experience and what it means for whistle-blowers in the NHS. (Image: BBC)
