Lottery winner who bought pool table with winnings to captain England

Neil Jones was working as a tiler and had just £13 in his pocket, but that soon changed after he and his partner Julie won £2.4m on the UK’s National Lottery in 2010. One of his first purchases was a brand new pool table and, after many hours of practice Jones is now cueing up to captain England at the European Pool Championships in Malta.
