Halloween preparations are well under way in March. Tommy Kelly's been turning his home and garden into a house of horrors every year for the past decade. It's not just to scare the locals! He also collects money for charities and is donating this year to the Rotary Club of March. Our reporter, John Devine, has been along to Tommy's House of Horrors.
