Baseball fan born without arms throws pitch at every MLB stadium

Not by the Playbook

Available for over a year

Tom Willis was born without arms, but that hasn’t stopped him from throwing a ceremonial pitch at all 30 Major League Baseball (MLB) stadiums with his feet. It’s a journey that started in San Diego in 2008 and has taken him to baseball stadium across the USA over a 15 year period before he threw his final pitch at the home of the Los Angeles Angels in October 2023. His philosophy is "I want people to focus on what I can do, rather than what I can't” and he spoke to Sportshour’s Caroline Barker about his ‘Pitch for Awareness’ national tour.
