Today is World Mental Health Awareness day, and people living in Leicestershire and Rutland are being encouraged to ask a friend or colleague "are you ok?". Events are being held across the region today to encourage people to speak to someone if they're feeling low. One of the most popular methods to tackle mental health problems these days is to join a choir. Our reporter GilesTaylor has been to meet one group in Coalville - the D-day Darlings Voices Choir - to find out how singing helps their members.
