How 'Bullseye Maths' is helping students in Leicester

Ady Dayman

Available for over a year

The Professional Darts Corporations' World Grand Prix continues at Leicester's Morningside Arena as some of the biggest names in the sport head to the East Midlands. And whilst they're not playing, they're busy in the community - that includes heading to a local primary school to test school children's maths skills. The 2022 European Champion Ross Smith was at Martinshaw Primary School in Groby yesterday for a 'Bullseye Maths' session. Bullseye Maths was launched to help Key Stage 2 students and anyone interested in maths with numeracy in a fun and inclusive way. Dave Allen from the PDC explains to BBC Radio Leicester reporter Kevin Ncube how it helps students understand maths.
