Leicestershire woman opens Halloween costume library

Ady Dayman

Available for over a year

Halloween is almost upon us and lots of people are already planning their costumes for the big day. But how many times do you wear your Halloween costume? Do you reuse your costume? A Leicestershire woman has been reusing costumes by creating a Costume Library for people to donate and collect unwanted costumes. It's the second year that Victoria Cocoran from Woodhouse Eaves has created the Halloween costume library. Victoria explains to Jack Rafferty how the idea came about.
