Chile’s ‘impossible’ Rugby World Cup dream comes true

Chile made history by narrowly defeating the USA 52-51 on aggregate to qualify for the Rugby World Cup for the first time in the country’s history. Captain Martín Sigren describes representing his country at the Rugby World Cup as a “dream” and how three years ago Chile playing at the World Cup would have been thought of as “impossible”, as would being a professional rugby player.
