Uniform swap shop created to help parents

Research in June suggested that parents are on average spending around four hundred pounds a year on uniform. But, steps are being taken to help families who are struggling to afford the basics. I've been to a Co-Op in Ashby to see how North West Leicestershire District Council is helping families. The authority has set up a swap shop that lets parents donate their old or unused uniform.
